Kelly Ripa didn’t need a glittery gown to stun fans as she modeled a simple classic dress while going braless in this photo. The talk show host, 52, showed off her slender frame in a photo documented on one of her many fan accounts, and this Instagram user had fished out a rare one. Looking gorgeous as she highlighted her petite frame, Kelly rocked a spaghetti-strap dress that perfectly flattered her fit physique, one that trainer Anna Kaiser recently revealed is only about “14%” body fat. While the fan claimed that the snap dates back to Kelly’s 2022 appearance at the Oscars After Party, it seems that they may have gotten the year wrong.

Going skintight, the Live! star drew the eye to her gym-honed arms and shoulders, also flaunting her tiny waist as she rocked her classic black dress with a horizontal, slightly low-cut neckline bringing out hints of curve.

Glamming up with her light locks swept up into a fancy, chignon bun, Kelly rocked bangs for an unusual finish, one framing her gorgeous features. Wearing plenty of purple eyeshadow to add pop to her blush-heavy makeup, the mom of three accentuated her high cheekbones via flawless makeup, also sporting a red lip.
A thick layer of mascara, plus simple ring jewelry and a long manicure completed the look. “Love your hair like that should wear it more often,” one fan remarked, with another saying that they loved the bangs. “Absolutely LOVE your hair that way!!!” a third user replied.

Kelly continues to turn heads for looking much younger than her years. In fact, she’s even joked about having a “Peter Pan” body.
In 2019, the blonde spoke to The Cut, stating: “I was talking to a cardiologist and he said to make sure your heart beats out of your chest every day. The more you exercise, the healthier it is. And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do.” Kelly added: “I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends.”
Kelly also trains regularly with Anna Kaiser, where workouts include a mix of dance and strength training work.
