Kate Upton seemingly had the world screaming at her that her bikini was “way too small” back in 2014. With over 2,700 users agreeing to a remark left to The Daily Mail‘s photos that summer, Kate and her curves were definitely the big talking point, although the original article covered the model’s relaxing  Mexico break with then-boyfriend and now-husband Justin Verlander. Sizzling as she lounged around in the sun while stripped to a micro swimsuit, Kate flaunted her fabulous curves, although it looks like most people thought she’d picked the wrong size bikini.

Nearing a wardrobe malfunction in her minuscule top, the Sports Illustrated star flaunted her eye-popping cleavage as she enjoyed a relaxing beach lounger, choosing a printed two-piece with a busty halter neckline.

Goofing around with former MLB player Justin as their romance steamed up, Kate also flashed her long legs as she lay barefoot, with further photos showing her carrying a shirt as she padded around the powder-fine sands. Wearing shades and her light locks tied back, Kate Upton also went makeup-free, showing some tan lines in the rearview shots and chatting away to a shirtless Justin. The couple, who married in 2017, welcomed their daughter Genevieve in 2018.

Bikini Bombshell Told Swimwear ‘Too Small’

Getting plenty of approval was the user now leading the newspaper’s comments section. “That bikini is WAY too small for her!!” they wrote. “Why not buy the bikini top a couple of sizes bigger?” another asked.

While some discussed Kate’s career and appeal, others cruelly went for her weight, something the star has mentioned when reflecting on her early days in modeling. “After my first cover, critics were discussing whether I was fat or not. I had this huge moment in my career and they were tearing it apart,” she told VogueAustralia, adding: “I have to thank the people who did that because it really made me sit back and find out who I was and what meant something to me, and how I thought about my body.”

Stunning Bikini Body In 2024

Kate Upton’s 2024 has proven busy. In May, she fronted SI Swim as the magazine celebrated its 60th anniversary, with that month also bringing her Instagram followers the above photo. All sunkissed from a boat as she stunned in a striped bikini in yellow and white, Kate promoted the Vosa Spirits vodka brand she co-owns, earning herself over 15,000 likes for the shot.
