Kanye West Named As Battery Suspect After ‘Punching Man’ At Disneyland

Kanye West is currently being investigated for allegedly punching a man during his visit to Disneyland alongside his wife, Bianca Censori.

The unidentified man reportedly touched Censori, leading West to react in the manner he did. The man later filed a battery report following the incident.

West has yet to make any comments about the incident. However, his rep has spoken about it, saying that Censori was “battered and sexually assaulted” by the unidentified man.

According to the Daily Mail, the Los Angeles Police Department has named West as a battery suspect after his altercation with an identified man at Disneyland, California.

The rapper and his wife, Censori, made a surprise appearance at the park on Tuesday night, where they met up with Swedish rapper and songwriter Yung Lean.

For the visit, West was dressed in an all-white outfit consisting of a hoodie and baggy trousers. Meanwhile, Bianca wore a nude body-hugging one-piece that resembled a swimsuit and weirdly walked barefooted with her feet bandaged.

Sometime during the visit, a man allegedly approached them and touched Censori inappropriately, prompting West to react by punching him.

The couple then fled the scene after the incident. However, the unidentified man filed a battery report with the police, although he reportedly did not require a hospital visit for his injuries.

In response to the incident and the police report, West representatives have spoken up, saying that the unidentified man triggered the rapper’s reaction.

“The assailant didn’t merely collide into her,” they told the publication. “He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses.”

The representative also alleged that it wasn’t just a mere case of Censori being inappropriately touched, saying, “She was battered and sexually assaulted.”

It has yet to be determined whether West will pursue a case of assault against the man for his actions towards Censori.

On social media, fans of West have thrown their support behind him and his wife following the incident.

One fan said, “Bianca can wear whatever she wants, and Ye is right to protect her.”

“Sexual assault is not ok, even if she’s wearing provocative clothes or is a celebrity,” another person commented.

Some other people have slammed the couple and Disney for allowing them to flaunt the rules.

An individual wrote on X: “Why are they allowed to break the rules? Kanye West’s partner Bianca Censori was seen walking around shoeless at Disneyland, where bare feet are prohibited.”

Over on TikTok, netizens were also enraged about the model’s outfit, with many claiming they had been turned away from the park for wearing more modest clothing.

Someone wrote, “My husband had to buy a shirt because they said his tank top was too revealing at Disney. How is her outfit okay?”

Another user replied, “Exactly!! That’s [bulls–t]. Why does the dress code not matter for this lady?”

A third TikTok user simply noted, “Money talks.”

One more individual claimed, “I know damn well if any of us showed up with no shoes and wrapped like this, we wouldn’t be able to go into Disneyland.”

It’s been over a year since West and Censori tied the knot, which has put the spotlight on their relationship. Recently, questions have swirled about whether the couple plans to expand their family.

According to a source, Censori is “excited to become a mother,” and when she does get pregnant, she plans to continue donning her explicit style of fashion all through.

“Bianca is in her element. She loves the attention and being dressed by Ye, despite what everyone thinks of her outfits,” revealed a source, per The Sun. “She feels a lot of her looks are artistic, not just about fashion. Bianca is fully dedicated and in it for the long haul; she doesn’t care what people think of her.”

They added, “I wouldn’t be surprised if she got pregnant soon, and she’ll still wear revealing outfits the same as Rihanna did.”
