Per the letter issued by the attorney general’s office, Archwell failed to renew its official registration fees and must rectify the situation by submitting overdue payments and reports.

Amid Charles and William’s absence from the Invictus Games Foundation event, a dispute has erupted between Harry’s camp and Charles’ representatives.

An alleged friend of Charles who spoke to The Times lamented the situation, noting that “it’s all very sad.”

The friend noted: “While he was hardly going to roll out the red carpet the moment this Invictus trip was announced, with doctors advising him to focus on his treatment and recovery, the idea that he refused to find space in his diary…Well, let’s say recollections may vary once again.”

A member of Harry’s circle reportedly countered, “Could His Majesty not have made a request to see his son? It was widely known he was coming.”
